OB TITLE: SuperintendentSemiconductor Construction

SUMMARY:

The?Superintendent will be responsible for system design, configuration, and implementation of installed systems for the semiconductor industry. The Superintendent must have facilities management expertise in all the following project phases: implementation (construction), testing and on-site, and startup of any number of systems such as Exhaust Systems, Chillers, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation support of the construction of facilities systems.

• Daily interface with construction personnel and facilities engineers and other technicians to coordinate project work.

• Ensure equipment and overall system OAT/FAT process meets expectations.

• Final mechanical QA/QC on installations as compared to the design documents.

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

• Responsible for overseeing the construction process and working with trades to manage the schedule.

• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

• Budget review and tracking.

• Make sure all safety regulations are upheld.

• Coordinate with purchasing and vendors for the timely delivery of equipment.

• Meet contractual conditions of performance.

• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

• Attend and participate in various daily construction meetings.

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years industry or trade experience.

• Minimum 3-5?years Semiconductor Industry experience.

• Understanding of overall system installation from a construction implementation standpoint.

• This is a safety sensitive position; ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required.

• Ability to pass required 10-panel drug screening and background check.

• Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
