Position Overview:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 9 AM 5 PM

Core Duties:

• Perform thorough assessments to gain insight into client needs.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Lead therapy sessions using proven, results-oriented techniques.
• Handle crisis intervention situations with skill and empathy.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A thoughtful and empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
