Licensed Counselor Opportunities Across California

Position Overview:

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9 AM 5 PM

Core Duties:

Perform thorough assessments to gain insight into client needs.
Craft and implement individualized treatment plans.
Lead therapy sessions using proven, results-oriented techniques.
Handle crisis intervention situations with skill and empathy.
Engage in continuous professional development activities.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Requirements:

Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
A thoughtful and empathetic approach to client care.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
