Compensation : $110,000$130,000 annually, plus an excellent benefits package

Your Role Includes:

• Conducting initial assessments to determine client needs and goals
• Creating tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices
• Offering virtual individual therapy sessions to adult clients
• Maintaining professional development to stay current in the field

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
• Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Expertise in culturally informed therapeutic methods and EHR systems
