Job Description
McDonald Hopkins LLC seeks a partner level candidate with a minimum of 9 years of experience to join its Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Candidates must have significant general corporate experience and be able to run M&A deals with minimal supervision. Experience with private company and/or private equity matters preferred. Successful candidates will also have an existing book of business with the ability to grow it. Applicants should have outstanding academic credentials, excellent communication and drafting skills, and be highly motivated to be part of a national team.
