Job Description

Seeking an Experienced Medical Office Receptionist in Dallas for Home Care Providers of Texas

The front desk receptionist is responsible to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner and greet visitors as they arrive. This is done in a professional and courteous manner. Attendance and punctuality are crucial in this position.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay rate: $16 per hour

Duties:

Answer Calls in a timely and courteous manner.
High volume of calls
Greet all visitors to the office.
Maintain workplace security by not allowing anyone to enter the workplace without an escort.
Maintain company phone listing.
Assisting with a variety of administrative duties to include copying, faxing, and stamping outgoing mail.
Attaching documents to EMR as assigned.
Friendly, fast learner

Requirements:

High School Diploma

Minimum 1-year Previous Medical Office Experience
Minimum 1-year multi line phone operating experience
Minimum 1-year experience in Microsoft programs
Clinical Knowledge
Bilingual is a Plus
Ability to multitask
Excellent customer service skills
Problem solver
General computer skills
Microsoft office skills
