Experience with social media, intellectual property, and/or general litigation is welcome and experience taking and/or defending depositions is preferred.

Our Litigation Department represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly represents clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.
