MBA Intern

OSEA is looking for a highly motivated MBA Intern to join our Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a process-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience while driving operational efficiency across our marketing department. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing to streamline workflows, enhance team collaboration, and implement strategic tools that support OSEA's marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Assist in optimizing and documenting marketing processes to improve team effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration
• Develop and implement RACI charts to clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the marketing team
• Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Collaborate with the marketing team to standardize communication and project management tools
• Provide support in developing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
• Conduct ad hoc research and analysis on marketing trends, best practices, and tools that could benefit the team's operations

• Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in marketing, business operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to streamline complex processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (experience with RACI charts or similar matrices a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for marketing operations, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization
