Essential Responsibilities: The Admin & Operations Specialist performs a variety of administrative tasks necessary to support Admin, Operations & Sales functions.

• Handling receiving paperwork and tallies as well as receiving inventory and buyouts into TW Metals? Metalware system
• Responsible for the resolution of routine quality matters, damage claims or paperwork discrepancies with incoming material
• Coordinate rejected material returns to the proper mill or supplier and manage Atlanta Branch Customer Credit Returns
• Support Operations, Admin & Sales in ordering warehouse and office supplies
• Assist Operations Manager & Branch Manager with cultivating TW Metals? Corporate Safety Program at the Atlanta branch
• Aid the Operations Manager and Branch Manager in promoting Lean and 5s initiatives
• Support the Operations Manager and Branch Manager with Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives
• Assist the Operations manager with the hiring process and on boarding of new employees
• Assist Operations Manager in training employees including scheduling and maintaining records
• Support the Operations Manager with internal Sales Service-related activities
• Provide backup support for Admin personnel in test reports, production control and shipping functions as well as backup support for duties related to shipping and loading of trucks
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management
