Material Handler

As a Material Handler at New Flyer, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring efficient operation within our production environment. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and moving materials to support our manufacturing processes. You'll work actively to maintain safety standards and optimize inventory flow while supporting assembly technicians in their daily tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to safety and the ability to recognize and mitigate hazards.
