Marketing Specialist / Event Producer

Driving organizational success through strategic communication, engaging content creation, and impactful event planning, fostering internal and external connections while enhancing brand visibility and reputation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Administrate internal and external communications platforms (ViaNet, LMS, website, social media accounts, text alerts, etc.)
• Execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives to maintain a positive corporate image.
• Develop and manage internal and external marketing notifications, deliverables, and campaigns, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and content calendars.
• Produce strong written content for SOQ/Proposal and marketing deliverables.
• Research clients, CIPs, and potential contracts to log data that drives business strategies and capture plans
• Administer CRM/Capture Plan platform to ensure information is kept up-to-date
• Engage with different departments to create technical narratives and documents for internal and external efforts (Policies, SOPs, training resources, digital content driving SEO, etc.)
• Plan and execute corporate events, including internal corporate events and community engagement initiatives, with oversight from the Communications Director.
• Partner with department heads and leadership to coordinate internal communication needs.
• Ensure the quality of ViaSun's cohesive messaging for all internal and external communications.
• Conduct market research, establish KPIs, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Data Analytics, or a combination of a similar degree and work experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of pursuit processes and fostering client relationships in the construction industry
• Exceptional writing skills and eye for detail
• Passion for conducting research and communicating findings
• Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment
