Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Assigned Responsibilities:

• Work with team to manage and produce proposal and presentation submissions
• Create project profiles
• Update staff resumes
• Prepare award submissions
• Database/Library updates
• Produce database reports
• Other duties as assigned

Assigned responsibilities may include any or all of the above

Requirements

College degree in marketing, communications, or English or a minimum five (5) years' experience in marketing and business development within the construction industry, exceptional follow up and writing skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat required. Attention to detail is critical.
