Marketing Design Lead

We're looking for a design leader who's not just talented, but unforgettable. Someone who doesn't just follow brand guidelines, but writes them. A full-stack creative who can do it all: design stunning visuals, build pixel-perfect web experiences, shape physical collateral, and craft brand moments that actually make people feel something.

As our Marketing Design Lead, you'll be the visual heartbeat of Tamnoon, owning our brand across every touchpoint. You should be as comfortable in Figma as you are in Photoshop, and know how to push pixels and partner with product and web dev to bring things to life. You're obsessed with consistency, but never boring. And you're not scared of AI (V0, Lovable, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.), you know how to use it to work smarter and get to the magic faster.

You'll thrive here if you have strong opinions (loosely held), geek out over typography and color theory, and are excited to take a brand and make it sing across every campaign, asset, and interaction.

Requirements

• Own the visual identity of Tamnoon, refining and evolving our brand look and feel across digital and print touchpoints
• Design standout assets for marketing campaigns, sales enablement, events, web, social, email, and beyond
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering to bring ideas to life; no handoff-only designers here
• Build and maintain our design systems in Figma and ensure visual consistency across channels
• Create production-ready assets for print and digital formats, managing specs and vendors as needed
• Champion the use of AI-powered tools (like Midjourney, V0, etc.) to accelerate workflows and spark new creative ideas
• Shape design guidelines and educate the team on best practices, ensuring brand excellence across the org
• Lead by example with a high bar for craft, clarity, and creativity

• 5+ years of hands-on design experience, ideally across in-house and agency roles
• A jaw-dropping portfolio of work that spans digital, web, branding, and print
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• A strong sense of ownership, you don't wait for permission to make things better
• Experience working directly with web developers and marketers
• An ability to take a raw concept with little direction and research the result to get a strong outcome
• A passion for storytelling through design and a sharp eye for the little things
• Confidence using generative design and AI tools to expand your creative output
• Bonus: motion design, video editing, or 3D skills
• Even more bonus: experience in B2B tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS

Preferred location in India, Mexico, Ukraine, Poland, and El Salvador.

Must be willing to work 5-6 hours a day in Central timezone (UTC?05:00).

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data.

Pay range: $30,000 - 52,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
