Marketing Coordinator

OVERVIEW

Our Marketing Coordinator is a detail-oriented and dynamic individual, pivotal in managing our Marketing

programs, supporting our agents and corporate team with our sophisticated marketing tools and strategies, and driving improvements in agent training and resources. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, streamlining services, and enhancing program efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

PROGRAM AND MARKETING SUPPORT

Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance agent performance and drive business success and provide Marketing support to our agents as needed. Work in the ONE Assistant program, to ensure smooth operation and high-quality support to agents using our marketing tools. Serve as the primary point of contact for agents seeking assistance or information regarding program benefits and services.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

Regularly assess and identify roadblocks faced by agents based on feedback. Communicate findings and strategic insights to management to re? ne and enhance the ONE SIR trainings platform.

FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT

Manage the tracking, recording, and billing processes for "A la Carte Design Services" and hourly services offered to agents. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for agents enrolled in these services and the ONE Assistant program.

MONTHLY REPORTING

Collaborate with Senior Managers to prepare detailed reports by collecting and analyzing data from the

programs. Utilize information to report on the ONE Assist program and rate card insights.

COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

Efficiently manage daily communications from the marketing@ email address, ensuring prompt and

professional responses (Two-hour max response time) and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Requirements

Experience and understanding of graphic design, copywriting, social media and email marketing required.

Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred).

Fluent in English, other languages a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skillsMust have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Previous work experience as a Real Estate marketing specialist

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Experience working with budgets and forecasting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and Power Point
