One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Communications Manager in the United States .

This role is ideal for a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling, brand positioning, and executive messaging. As Marketing Communications Manager, you'll lead the development of compelling content across multiple channels, acting as the brand's voice to internal and external audiences. You'll work directly with executive leadership on thought leadership initiatives, manage external PR relationships, and produce high-quality content including press releases, articles, and corporate communications. This is a fully remote position requiring strong writing, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with company goals and brand positioning
  • Write and edit content including thought leadership pieces, executive communications, press releases, and internal announcements
  • Collaborate with leadership to define key messaging and narratives that enhance brand visibility
  • Manage the relationship with the external PR agency and coordinate media opportunities and responses
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and media coverage to inform content strategy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and internal engagement initiatives
  • Track and analyze the performance of communication efforts to refine messaging and improve impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or content strategy (agency or in-house)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences
  • Experience managing executive communications and working directly with leadership
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of brand tone, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and communications metrics is a plus
