Marketing Branding Specialist

TRL11 is looking for a skilled Marketing and Branding Specialist who can take our visual identity and marketing efforts to the next level. You'll play a critical role in shaping how TRL11 is seen across the defense and space industries, creating visuals and dynamic content that resonate with our audience and clearly communicate our mission.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in graphic design and animation who's ready to tackle creative challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain TRL11's brand identity through professional, consistent designs across all formats, including digital, print, and events.
• Create a range of visual content such as graphics, infographics, animations, and motion graphics for videos, presentations, and online platforms.
• Collaborate with business development, engineering, and other internal teams to produce visuals for product launches, campaigns, and industry events.
• Design content for social media, website updates, email campaigns, and digital advertising to support marketing efforts.
• Align creative projects with company goals by partnering with internal teams and managing timelines to ensure deliverables are on schedul

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, or animation, ideally in a tech-driven industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools.
• Experience creating assets for both digital and print formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for good design.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with content branding, marketing, design, videography, and/or digital marketing
• Knowledge and/or experience in the space industry
• Portfolio with work of projects in aerospace/defense industry or high-tech industry
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies like SEO and PPC.
