Sorting Robotics Inc. is a fast-growing cannabis tech startup revolutionizing the industry with our robotic innovations. We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth and success of our brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging and compelling content.
- Oversee the development and design of marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize the company's website and online presence.
- Oversee the organization and execution of industry trade shows and events.
- Research and identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cannabis.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
