We are seeking a strategic
Marketing and Sales
Growth Analyst
with 2 to 3 years of experience to drive marketing and sales performance through data-driven insights. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making that accelerates company growth.
Strategic Collaboration & Leadership:
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to understand objectives and develop data-driven solutions that drive growth
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
Work cross-functionally to define success metrics and assess campaign performance
Lead the development of audience segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns
Growth Strategy & Optimization:
Uncover actionable insights to improve marketing campaign performance and sales effectiveness
Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing initiatives
Develop predictive models for sales trends and marketing ROI
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through data analysis
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations to track key growth metrics
Generate strategic insights through analysis of marketing and sales data
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Technical Skills & Data Management:
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, marketing platforms)
Maintain data quality and accuracy across customer data platforms
Utilize data vendors like ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet for buyer group identification
Work with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Marketing or Sales
Strong understanding of B2B Marketing and Sales tactics
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms
Solid understanding of web analytics tools
Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B)
Preferred Qualifications:
SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools
Digital marketing channel expertise (SEO, PPC, email campaigns)
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and platforms
Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.
Location: This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the Stamford, CT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
