The Opportunity
The Market Launch Lead is responsible for carrying out - and turbo charging! - Aidaly's growth strategy nationwide. This role is critical for preparing and delivering on each market's (US states) opportunity and access points, identifying and cataloging elements that can be turnkey and those that are state-specific, like local regulations, demographics, etc.This role will be extremely cross-functional, project managing everything from research into states' particular needs to market launch timelines to market-specific product features and more. We are looking for an experienced, assiduous and hyper-detailed project manager with a strong track record of building internal relationships and keeping all stakeholders accountable and on time.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Research the nuances of local healthcare policy to ensure Aidaly maintains its position as the standard bearer in home health care
  • Drive implementation of Aidaly's market-specific access strategies, including clear and comprehensive timelines, tasks, contingencies and measurable outcomes
  • Create strategic GTM playbooks for each market, iterating and adapting per the local regulations and community needs

Requirements

Qualifications And Key Success Factors

  • 2+ years' experience GTM
  • 3+ years' project management experience
