Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. They will lead a team of production supervisors, implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing management and a proven?record of accomplishment?in?improving productivity and quality. Duties and Responsibilities:?

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department?
  • Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors?
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and production goals?
  • Monitor production processes and?adjust?as needed to ensure efficiency and quality?
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs?
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards?
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives?
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement?
  • Manage and optimize the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials?
  • Stay?up to date?with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing management?
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance and initiatives?
  • Perform other duties as assigned?
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field?
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management?
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team?
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems?
  • Proven?track record?of driving process improvements and achieving results?
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills?
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive performance improvements?
  • Strong communication?and interpersonal skills?
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite?
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus?
  • Knowledge of electrical control panel manufacturing is preferred?
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines?
  • Strong organizational and time management skills?
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment?
