Role Purpose:
Gain practical experience about manufacturing operations
Gain technical knowledge of applied engineering in a manufacturing environment
Understand project management scope, timing, and budget
Role Responsibilities:
Assist Manufacturing Engineering Department with projects that improve capacity, capability, safety, or reduce costs.
Learn technical of high speed induction tube welding.
Generate, propose, and plan process enhancement opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor's degree (or Higher) in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.
GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Team player with a positive attitude.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic.
Competent verbal and written communicator.
Able to balance multiple concurrent priorities.
Aptitude for problem solving.
Competent with Design/CAD software.
