Requirements

1. Lead master data strategy engagement with client - engage with senior IT, digital and business leaders to develop strategy and solution
2. Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their current state, master data requirements, gaps and pain points
3. Develop MDM and Data Governance strategies that align with business objectives and advise on MDM architecture / implementation paradigms
4. Lead the design and development of MDM solutions for clients across all master data domains, using a variety of industry leading tools
5. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
6. Design, propose, engineer and executedata transformation and integration activities with client and partner teammates
7. Conduct review sessions and get signoffs from client stakeholder teams. Be able to argue\push back with counterpoints and reasoning to stay on track with arch options and decision.

Must have Skills/Qualifications

1. Soft skills to conduct Discovery Workshops to extract current state pain points from Stakeholder teams, building trust and without offending
2. Soft skills to communicate and convince client stakeholders, be able to reason and debate to hold to solutions and options being presented
3. Solid understanding of Master Data Management Architecture \ Methodology \ BIC Tools
4. Solid understanding of Data Governance Models and Methodologies
5. Solid understanding of integration patterns and arch principles ( both application integration and data integration)
6. Solid understanding of data products and platforms (like DataBricks, Snowflake etc)
7. Solid understanding of Data Modeling \ Ontologies \ Taxonomies \ Metadata Management
8. Ability to understand the current business processes around data management in an organization and be able to provide technical and functional roadmap to address pain points. Experience on this aspect is essential for this role
9. Solid understanding of Program Management (esp. in contextof phasing in MDM and EAI roadmaps)

Nice to have Skills/Qualifications

1. Experience in providing data management solutions for Life Sciences industry
2. Past certs in 1 or more MDM Platforms (preferably a Must-Have Qualification)
3. AWS or Cloud Experience
4. Data Engineering \ Programming Experience (SQL, Python etc)
5. PowerPoint and Presentation Experience
