About the role

Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

Maintaining strong relationships with customers ,dealers, and sales representatives.

Training to new Technicians on Carrier Product & EH&S.

Traveling to Upcountry locations on basis of requirement.

Role Responsibilities:

Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers

Spares planning for branch and Dealers & Audit on Regular basis

Meeting with Distributors & Sub dealers on Monthly basis

Maintaining service Call and evaluating TAT for all Dealers quarterly basis & improvement plan

Should have technical Knowledge on RAC & VRF , site visits for Technical support

Minimum Requirements:

BE / B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical

Should has 3- 12 Years of Experience in Airconditioning Service
