Position: Manager - Sales

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and motivate team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
