Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder:

1.

Project Management of Technology transfer, Internalization, NPI, Process life cycle management projects

2.

Define timelines, mapping activities for each project.

3.

Aligning cross functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered as scheduled.

4.

Define a structured team with each team member having well-defined responsibilities, lines of communication, an appropriate level of authority.

5.

Establish an assessment system that is documented, systematic process, of verifying, tracking, and reporting on activities.

6.

Proactively identify project opportunities and risks and manage cross-functional project timeline and follow up with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

7.

Making and sharing of Project Progress Report. Creates and distributes all control reports, forms, logs, agendas, meeting minutes, and other documents necessary to appropriately communicate and record the activities of the respective project team.

8.

Interface between external and internal stakeholder of the projects.

9.

Review the project schedule and cost estimate covers project scope.

10.

Conducting weekly performance review

11.

Providing Baddi performance updates required for EPO reviews & townhall.

12.

Internally coordination with PPC, Quality Assurance, TechOps, and Purchase team for project requirements, documentations with respect to quality systems, review of new project timelines, and procurement related activities.

13.

Externally coordination with I & D and SCM team for launch of new products

14.

Modification in existing products and for demand plan.

15.

Closure of all critical issues by organizing the necessary interactions between relevant

16.

Teams, concluding and minuting alignment points.

17 . Responsible to define and design strategic initiatives and drive these projects for on time completion.

18.

Responsible for establishing governance mechanism for time sensitive projects.

19.

Ensuring regular action-oriented meetings are conducted.

20.

Responsible for working with l&D to derive CCPC and COGS of NPI launch at Baddi.

21.

Responsible for defining budget and arranging cost center for the upcoming project. Position is an Individual contributor role, in the absence of the position holder, position holder to communicate assigned designee for the defined work, who shall be responsible for day to day working.
