Manager, Payroll

The Payroll Manager for the United States will play a pivotal role in leading our North American operations team. This role demands a true payroll veteran with deep expertise in US payroll systems, compliance, and best practices. Roles and Responsibilities:
Payroll Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the United States, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Develop and implement payroll strategies that align with company goals and North American regulations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all US payroll matters, offering guidance to the team and other departments.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing payroll team.

Client Engagement and Implementation

Requirements

Technical Expertise

Local teams, including this role, focus on client-facing activities such as leading implementations, configuring payroll engines, reviewing and signing off on final payrolls, and addressing client inquiries. This collaborative approach ensures compliance, operational excellence, and superior client service. While the local teams provide guidance and support, the centralized teams operate independently within a well-defined framework, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment.
