Manager- IT Projects & Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead ERP/CRM deployments, drive digital transformation initiatives, and manage critical ad-hoc projects across global operations. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, hands-on tool implementation experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact business outcomes. A focus on tool decommissioning, cloud cost optimization, and operational efficiency is essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management & Delivery:
  Independently drive multiple IT projects including ERP (Microsoft D365) and CRM implementations, tool migrations, cloud transitions, and process improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, leadership, and external clients/vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and solution delivery.

• ERP/CRM Deployment:
  Lead deployment, integration, and user adoption initiatives, ensuring operational alignment and customer experience enhancements.

• Cloud Operations & Cost Optimization:
  Drive cloud optimization efforts, identifying opportunities to reduce costs through strategies like tool decommissioning, shifting to lower-cost storage options (e.g., cold storage), and identifying underutilized resources.

• Tool Decommissioning & Process Transformation:
  Lead the decommissioning of legacy systems and tools, ensuring smooth transitions while optimizing resource allocation and reducing operational costs. Implement technology-driven process improvements, optimizing workflows and aligning tools (e.g., Jira) to agile and business goals.

• Governance and Compliance (Optional):
  Contribute to strengthening IT security, risk mitigation, and compliance standards (ISO/IEC 27001 preferred but not mandatory).

• Team Training & Development:
  Build and mentor teams by providing necessary technical training, process guidance, and career development support.

• Operational Excellence:
  Champion continuous improvement efforts, ensuring IT operations are aligned with broader corporate strategy, efficiency targets, and client satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• 1218 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management roles.
• Proven experience leading ERP/CRM implementation and tool transformation initiatives.
• Expertise working with cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure) and FinOps optimization best practices, including cloud cost optimization and tool decommissioning.
• Strong ability to manage diverse stakeholders across internal departments, vendors, and client organizations.
• Hands-on experience with project management frameworks, agile delivery models, and ITSM practices.
• Capability to train and build high-performing teams aligned with evolving technology needs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields (mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• PMP certification highly preferred to ensure structured project execution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
