• Learn and assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including food preparation and order fulfillment.
• Train alongside team members to manage food and labor costs effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment.
• Participate in a two-month training program, preparing for a performance assessment to qualify for a long-term management role.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and meet the age requirements for the role.
• One year of management experience, including shift management, is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to handle shifting priorities.
• Dependable and reliable, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
