Reporting to the Finance Controller India, the Finance Manager will be an integral part of the finance team. The position is based in the Gurgaon Office and will provide the successful candidate to high levels of exposure to senior management. The successful candidate will receive excellent experience in all aspects of the finance function and obtaining in-depth knowledge of the business.

Requirements

• Manage, control and ensure that company accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
• Prepare MIS, monthly financial reports with financial analysis, cash flow management and forecasting.
• Annual Accounts preparation, handling statutory, tax, internal audits, transfer pricing, forex etc.
• Provide needed support to Finance Controller in developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
• Ensure that internal financial controls are in place at functions and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Ensure statutory compliances in respect of income tax, withholding taxes, secretarial & company law matters, GST, RBI etc.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
• Exposure of working on ERP such as Oracle would be an advantage.
• MNC working exposure, dealing with big six firms would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of excel, power point presentations.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to participate and facilitate in group meetings.
• Should have handled a team of 4-5 persons, Team Management skills.
