One of our companies is currently looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales in United States .

As a Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of experienced account managers, driving strategic initiatives to expand relationships with key enterprise clients. Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering a collaborative team culture, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and market demands.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 68 Major Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth within the enterprise market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience managing an enterprise sales team.
  • 10+ years in B2B software sales, ideally selling complex technical products.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and key performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
