What You Will Do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and resilient DevOps infrastructure.
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS) and ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, security, and uptime using advanced observability tools.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
• Collaborate with software engineers to enhance development workflows and ensure smooth production deployments.
• Define and enforce DevOps best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Manage incident response and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers to build a high-performing DevOps culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Shell) and automation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and GitOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Who Will Excel

• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps-related domains.
• Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and API Gateway technologies.
• Experience with Chaos Engineering and disaster recovery planning.
