Manager, Accounting

Support the extraction / reporting of SAP data and the development of associated data analysis to improve the efficiency of audit execution and to enhance fraud detection. Conduct financial and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or assist in the acquisition of SAP data to create data analytics and its application to audits in North America, Europe, and Asia

Lead required financial and compliance audits, primarily in India and also globally

Support reporting of results of analysis and investigations

Support development and execution of global data analytics

Support establishing and monitoring of the global department budget and financial forecast

Manage relationships with internal and external accountants, plant controllers, and corporate finance

Assist in on-going administration of the audit management system

What we're looking for

+ Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology; Chartered Accountant designation highly preferred, MBA a plus

Must have 5 or more years overall finance/accounting experience and a minimum of 4 years of demonstrated auditing experience including some project management

Experience with SAP and / or data analytics tools such as Power B

Skills, training, experience, and understanding of compliance issues, Indian business, and Indian government interactions.

Prior multi-national experience preferred

Ability to speak and write in English at a highly skilled level

Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management

Ability to travel up to 30%, primarily in Asia but with occasional trips to Europe and North America

Strong desktop application software skills, including Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

High degree of personal integrity and ethics.
