We are looking for an experienced FULL TIME Make Ready 298 Unit apartment community in Midwest City, OK.
Requirements
Ideal candidate must be able to prepare rent readies, paint, complete work orders, do some exterior building maintenance, and cover minor groundskeeper duties. Must have the ability to run easy tickets and share on-call service schedule.

Benefits
Pay is competitive PLUS bonuses depending on experience and certifications. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits may begin after 30 days of employment.
