Requirements

Experience as a Painter is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of various paints, finishes, and drywall materials to achieve the best results.

Proficiency in preparing surfaces for painting and familiarity with the necessary tools and equipment.

A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to complete projects on time.

A commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents.

A Drivers License is required.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting with attention to detail.

Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve a flawless finish.

Mix and match colors to meet design specifications and ensure a cohesive look.

Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment to ensure they are always ready for the next project.

Ensure all surfaces are properly covered and protected while painting.

Assist with make-ready duties as needed.
