Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the preventative maintenance of injection and blow machine. Familiar with maintenance work on injection machine brands such as Haitian and others, some experience with robotic maintenance is preferred;
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment with working knowledge of manufacturing process, equipment and procedures
3. Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
4. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs such as MS office. High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibility
Performs diagnostics and repairs on all plant equipment, including but not limited to injection machine and product assembly line.
Provides assistance to identify areas for improvements
Provides support and direction for process monitoring.
Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance
Participates in the selection, scheduling and coordination of maintenance parts and service suppliers.
Ensures the maintenance of quality standards, monitoring the observance of policies and procedures.
Collaborates in the planning and coordination of changes to machinery, equipment, production systems and methods of work.
Ensure tasks are performed with environmental management system guidelines and standards.
Retains a safe workplace, wearing protective clothing, using safety equipment, following safeworking procedures, reporting unsafe or unhealthy situations.
Maintains a clean work environment in immediate work area as well as general facilities
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
