Maintenance Technician

Job Posting: Maintenance Technician

Location: South Houston area (Close to Hobby Airport)

Rate:

$20/hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventative and equipment maintenance, as well as a strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs.

Climb and work at heights as necessary.

Carry out painting and other upkeep tasks.

Utilize various tools, including power tools, hand tools, and plumbing tools.

Follow all applicable safety protocols and procedures.

Execute written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.
