CNC Machinery Support Technician (Remote)

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinery Support Technician to remotely assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving CNC equipment issues. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to address technical concerns with CNC equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on CNC machines, including brands such as Haas, Mazak, Amada, Doosan, Makino, Fanuc, DMG, Kitamura, and similar systems.
• Provide expert guidance on equipment maintenance, operation, and configuration.
• Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with CNC machinery, particularly troubleshooting a variety of leading brands.
• Deep knowledge of CNC machine setup, operations, and maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist clients remotely.
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote home office.
