Maintenance Supervisor

We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor to join our thriving team! If you have exceptional customer service skills coupled with strong maintenance abilities, we want to hear from YOU!

• Reports to: Property Manager
• Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Dependable attendance is crucial; you represent Banyan Living, your team, and our property owners.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
• Arrive on time and prepared to lead your team every day.
• A positive and cheerful attitude is a must!
• Flexibility in working hours is vital, especially during peak maintenance times.
• 3+ years of lead maintenance experience is preferred.
• All candidates must undergo a background investigation, with employment dependent on the results.
• All staff must adhere to the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures.
