Job Description
Responsibilities
- The position duties and responsibilities include the following; Prepare and coordinate routes, attend meetings, daily planning and resource allocation, analyze, monitor crews performance, coordinate with management, foreman and laborers
- Answer and Respond to phone calls and emails
- Communicate possible issues or problems to appropriate parties
- The position is ultimately responsible for the Quality and Performance of their respective routes
- Schedule Monday through Friday, Saturdays (as necessary)
- Typical work week 40-50 hrs
- Drip, Two-wire, Salco, Weather Track)
- Excellent customer services skills

- Comprehensive understanding of Plant Material
- Working Knowledge of Irrigation systems (Std
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
- Drivers License, Required
- Basic Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
