Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing, snow plowing, shoveling and routine maintenance work in a safe and timely manner
- Observe safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate cooperation and teamwork in performance of these duties
- Recognition of Safety Issues
- Additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year of experience in basic maintenance techniques
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
