Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong understanding of various CNC machines and other manufacturing facility systems. The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and other shop equipment including but not limited to panel saws, edgebanders, routers, and forklifts.

position is also responsible for general building maintenance and repair such as HVAC and evaporative cooling systems and for maintaining proper safety records and procedures. Duties

• Troubleshoot mechanical, software, electrical and pneumatic systems by consulting manuals, blueprints, schematics, and other sources as necessary.
• Repair CNC Machinery, and various other equipment.
• Develop and maintain a Preventive aintenance System (PMS).
• Order parts and coordinate with ext ern aI suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
• Understand and follow maintenance schedules as outlined, inspect equipment, make small repairs and adjustments as needed
• Responsible to keep track of all maintenance equipment/tools and inventory of parts Part quoting
• Responsible for general facilities maintenance.

• Strong background in industrial maintenance practices and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to deta
• A commitment to safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Must be able to work all required shift hours, overtime, and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy items.
