Job Description

Job Title: Plant Engineering Manager

Location: 30 minutes West of Indianapolis Airport

MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF INDIANAPOLIS

Requirements:

We are seeking a Plant Engineering Manager with expertise in Plant Production Equipment Maintenance , Facilities Maintenance , and Construction within a manufacturing environment .

Duties:

Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Facilities to plan maintenance, construction, and new projects.
Act as the primary liaison to subcontractors , managing TPM , plant modifications , new construction , talent development , budget management , and ensuring safe-working procedures .
Oversee a maintenance staff of 50 personnel , ensuring optimal performance and efficient operations.

Requirements

Must have a Technical or Engineering Degree

Experience working in capital equipment manufacture or any type of metal fabrication and assembly

Expertise in Plant Production Equipment Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, and Construction within a manufacturing environment.

Leadership and management experience within maintenance and reliability

Currently reside within 150 miles of Indianapolis, IN

U.S. Permanent Resident or Citizen
