Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a candidate with experience working at an EMS as a Maintenance Engineer.

The candidate will be responsible for complete maintenance activities of the equipment used at the production facility including

• Preventive Maintenance
• Debugging and RCA
• Maintenance process generation
• ICT & FCT or End of line testing.
• Knowledge on bed of nails (BON)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance:

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for ICT and ATE equipment.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCBA and SMT processes.

Troubleshoot and repair ICT and ATE equipment in a timely manner.

Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve technical issues promptly.

Process Optimization:

Analyze equipment performance and production data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in ICT, ATE, PCBA, and SMT technologies.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.

Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance manuals.

Communicate with equipment manufacturers and external service providers for specialized support.

Must Have Skills :

Basic Electronics knowledge.

Soldering Knowledge

Harness, connectors related experience.

Electronics repairing knowledge.

PCB board Testing.

Basic Multimeter, DSO hand on Experience.

Basic knowledge of windows and PC related tools.

Nice to Have Skills :

Flashing the FW

HW Schematic analysis/Reading

Any 3D drawing reading

ICT related Info
