Maintenance Coordinator - supporting 700+ units ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance operations, turns and vendor relationships. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact between maintenance staff, vendors, and residents, ensuring that all maintenance requests are promptly addressed and resolved. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule all maintenance work orders and inspections for multiple properties.
  • Communicate effectively with residents regarding maintenance requests and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
  • Support the maintenance team in tracking inventory and ordering parts and supplies.
  • Assist in preparing maintenance reports and budget forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist with emergency maintenance coordination as needed.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance coordination, property management, or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in property management or related courses is a plus.
SKILLS:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
  • Customer-service oriented mindset.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in maintenance coordination or property management preferred.
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general repairs is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; experience with work order software beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license may be required depending on property locations.
