Maintainer Instructor (Contingent)

First Division Consulting is seeking skilled Maintainer Instructors to deliver training for the maintenance and configuration of MAGTF C2 systems. In this role, you will provide hands-on instruction and update training curriculum to ensure high-quality training outcomes.

The candidate shall perform the following task(s):

• Train on maintenance and configuration of MACCS systems, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Update curriculum and deliver training for system administration, field maintenance, and sustainment tasks.
• Support curriculum development and onsite training events.

Requirements

• Previously certified as a Master Instructor in military training.
• Experience maintaining MACCS systems, including configuration and network administration.
• Knowledge of tactical data links, Cisco hardware, and virtual environments.
• Formal School Instructor certification or equivalent.
• An Active Secret clearance is Required.
• Must be a US citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
