What will you be doing?

Operating machinery and equipment according to the operating manual and training guidelinesMonitor machines to ensure stability and continuously check for any signs of malfunction or irregularities.Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.Quickly address and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and inform the maintenance team for more complex problems.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with safety regulations.Adhere to all safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment.Record and report production data accurately, including machine performance and product quality.Assist in adjusting machine settings for different production batches.Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve efficiency, quality, and overall production flow.Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay updated with machine operations

Knowledge of basic math and computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in machine operation or related field is a plus.

1+ year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of machine mechanics and the operational process
