Machine Operator/Bander

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator/Bander to join their team. As a Machine Operator/Bander, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient packaging and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator/Bander

Location: Washington, PA

Pay Range:

$18/hr

What's the Job?

Use bands and stretch wrap to package materials for shipping.

Ensure products meet shipping standards through quality control checks.

Follow safety rules and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Complete reports on production data, machine status, and safety compliance.

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely while maintaining equipment.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate machinery at maximum capacity and speed.

Experience with packaging processes and quality control.

Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and fix equipment issues.

Willingness to work in a loud environment with moving mechanical parts.

Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe workspace.
