M&A And Private Equity - Associate

Sidley?s Chicago office is seeking associates to join its M&A and Private Equity Group. Candidates should have at least four years of experience and should have experience taking a lead role on private equity and leveraged buyout transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supervising and training junior associates and coordinating legal specialist working on the deal team. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the Illinois bar. New York Applicants (and roles reporting to New York): Salaries may vary by location. In New York City, the estimated target salary range of this role is $310,000 ? $420,000.
