Pay Rate: $35+/hr Evenings (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend and 4 shifts a week required</strong>
We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to join a dedicated healthcare team providing quality patient care in a supportive environment. This is for a Long Term Care home in Mt. Morris. Requirements Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition changes
- Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing procedures
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health conditions
- Follow infection control standards and facility policies

Requirements- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
