Longwall Maintenance Supervisor (Mach)

The Longwall Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading employees engaged in preventative maintenance of underground longwall mining machinery.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, any one of the following assigned areas:

• Ensure scheduled PM procedures are properly executed and conducted as scheduled.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work planning, execution and documentation processes are followed.
• Work and train mine maintenance personnel in the most reliable, safe and efficient methods of equipment and system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical expertise, leadership and assistance for ancillary improvement projects as assigned.

• Promote a safe environment and ensure compliance with all safety programs and policies.

Requirements

Must have MSHA electrical cards.
