Responsibilities

Under general supervision, responsible for performing transportation/supply assignments which are involved in implementing sales agreements. Administers materials and finished products by coordinating the involved activities such as: material supply, inventory control, traffic, customs, etc. Monitor, research and identify supply chain service trends and issues in order to prevent failures, resolve and correct issues, and provide an on-going platform to support improvements of in stock levels and store/labor management effectiveness. Utilize computer systems and software in order to research, analyze and document failures and inefficiencies in the supply chain in order to improve overall supply chain effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experienced. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; performing all duties of assigned role, but still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Impact of work is primarily within own division or site.
